As a lover and rescuer of many cats all through my life, it seemed special, right and almost urgent that I develop my artwork in this area to not only help others, but to help myself deal with the heartbreak of losing these precious souls. I wish I could have been able to make these for earlier loved ones, but I feel their presence guiding me now to make these for myself and for others.

I know the deep heartbreak of losing a companion. The love and bond build so quickly and they remain in our hearts for the rest of our lives. I want to use my talents and ability to create to help others ease that pain of losing a Friend With Fur. The Creative Process In Glass

These beautiful kitty urns, ash inclusion spheres and sculptures and FurBalls are created solely for you to embrace the ashes or fur of your lost pet. A beautiful and fitting memorial. Each memorial is individually crafted by hand in our Hot Glass studio on San Juan Island, allowing the personality that can only be born in a handmade work of art to emerge and shine through. The designs and colors that you see are done in glass, with glass. Your piece will be unique in the universe, just like your pet. And, as a work of art, it is signed by the artists.

ImaGem Memorial Pendant

Glass tile pendant with bail and chain. The image will be made from your supplied digital photography of your pet. I can also scan in a photo for an extra charge if you need. 1" wide and 1" tall, hanging on a delicate silver chain and bail. Includes 18 inch necklace silver chain. This gorgeous Image Gem is created completely in my studio - I fuse the glass to make the tile, process and print the photo and bond and seal it to the tile. I then add the bail and chain. Quality control from start to finish! All of my jewelry is shipped packaged in a wonderful little LOVE box. I can also include a gift note and ship direct to your loved one. Beautiful, unique and mesmerizing. My glass art is waterproof, so you don't have to worry about the image falling apart, getting scratched or fading.

Custom Glass

I can make your Memorial Urn with the colorings of your pet if you wish, or a combination of your favorite colors. A portion of your pet's ashes can be combined into the glass itself. The result is a truly unique one-of-a-kind work of art; honoring your companion and the life that you shared together. There are as many variations possible in glass and the selections shown here are only a small portion.

In essence, all of our glass is custom made. The only difference between a Memorial Urn made to order and those displayed is that they were made without our knowing at the time who will cherish them one day. » The Particulars «

The details here are important. Please review them.

If you are trying to color match your pet, realize that this is very difficult to do over the Internet. Physical color swatches or fur samples are the best for color evaluation.

If you have a rush need and it is custom work, please call our studio directly at: 877-437-4225. Custom glass work requires time to create and rush charges may apply.

The purchaser are responsible for providing the correct spelling on items that are engraved. We etch according to the copy provided. Changes after the fact may mean starting over.

Please note the following for glass commissions:

Nature of Original Glass Art. Each Original Artwork is unique and therefore may not match initial design concept exactly. Client grants Artists full license to adjust design as they see fit, due to safety, construction or beauty requirements. No major adjustments will be made without full Client approval.
Changes. Client shall be responsible for making additional payments for changes in the original assignment requested by Client after final sketch approval. Errors or omissions in materials supplied by Client may impact final completion date and fee. Changes to, or restoration of, original art shall not be made by client or third parties without written permission of the Artists.
Cancellation. In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of the original artwork, sketches and other preliminary material, reproduction rights and all copyrights shall be retained by the Artists and a cancellation fee for work completed, together with expenses incurred to date of cancellation, shall be paid by Client.
Artists' Warranty. Due to the nature of glass, it is normal to express concern for safety and its fragility. Artists warrant that glass pieces will be durable, highly safe to come into contact with and be able to withstand such normal and moderate contact, within reason, without breaking or being harmful.
Payment. Retainers or partial payments shall be indicated under Payment Schedule, should these apply. A 1½% monthly service charge is payable on all overdue balances. The grant of any license, right of reproduction, copyright or transfer of original artwork is conditioned on the receipt of full payment.

All artwork is copyrighted by the artists and images as such may not be reproduced in print, the world wide web (Internet) or any other media for promotional purposes (including the promotion of church services) without the written consent and/or agreed payment to the appropriate artist(s). Please contact us for permission and/or payment, depending on use.

Artists retain their rights to the works they individually created and share rights to the pieces created jointly.
